Introduction
Alexander Zalmanov, a famous Russian doctor has made a huge contribution to the development of naturopathy. Born in 1875 in Russia, he received three medical diplomas: in Russia, Germany and Italy. Fluent in five languages, Zalmanov studied huge number of medical researches. He worked in many clinics of some largest European cities. Living in Berlin he was involved in simultaneously working at patho-anatomical institute and institutes of colloidal chemistry and physiology. He studied balneotherapy under doctor Knejpp, professors Erba, Valinsky
During his long years in France, doctor Zalmanov was devoted to his work in the medical field. As a result of this he wrote three books: "Secrets and wisdom of the human body" (1958), "Miracle of Life" (1960) and "Thousand ways to recover" (1965) which have been published in French and German.
In these books he has described the results of treatments of chronic diseases.
The theory behind these treatments was the major role of the capillary system in development and recovery of disease.
His method of treatment with yellow and white turpentine emulsions showed good results and was accepted by French Ministry of Health
Zalmanov lived a long full life. He died in 1965 in Paris at the age of 90 years.

Information
Our organism consists of cells and it is necessary "to inspire" them to a life. Length of capillaries in muscles of the normal person is 100 000 km, renal blood vessels is 60 km, the general surface of the capillaries which are passing on the external side of a skin, and consequently especially accessible, is 6 300 m2. Influencing superficial capillaries, emulsions deepen the action.
Turpentine emulsion from the galipot of the coniferous trees, stimulating millions receptors, it is capable to open again the closed capillaries, to restore the supply of the withered cellular islands. Turpentine baths clean a capillary network as a whole that means tens of thousand kilometers of capillaries of the smallest blood vessels which providing to each cell of an organism with oxygen and all necessary nutrients.
Capillary baths step by step, from a session to a session open the closed capillary vessels, restore a feeding by blood elements of dried cell islands, regulate the supply to them of vivifying oxidizing oxygen, provide tissues drainage for slags excretion, that is they restore normal, healthy life of cells, tissues, bodies and whole human organism. A huge advantage of the oleoresin baths is an influence on a capillary network of our organism as a whole.
"With older people infectious diseases often become fatal as they develop imperceptibly in the worn body; cellular and humoral activity which could overcome microbial invasion is weak.
When speaking about arteriosclerosis, the role of vaso-vazorum in feeding of artery walls and arterioles is often forgotten.
Talking about old age as on illness, doctors first of all think about arteriosclerosis, about damage of coronary arteries, damage of heart valves, reduction of elasticity in arteries and relative atrophy of their muscular layers, forgetting about the role of the capillaries.
Also they do not take into consideration the fact, that human organs and the big vessels contain only 10 % of the circulating blood.
From the point of view of haemodynamics the change of circulation in capillaries must be considered as a major factor of senile infringements in blood circulation, all other factors - are minor."

ORGANIC TURPENTINE
•
Organic turpentine is produced from galipot, a resinous sap of coniferous plants - liquid resin. Liquid resin includes galipot turpentine, or turpentine oil which is a volatile substance and which gives its specific resinous aroma.
To obtain galipot turpentine superficial cuts have to be made on trunks of coniferous trees, then once exposed to air the turpentine evaporates and crystallization of pitch acids occurs the galipot thickness and becomes muddy, like crystallized honey.
CAPILLARIES
•
Capillaries are the tiniest blood vessels in the human body.
Their average diameter is about 5-10 microns. Connecting arteries and veins, they participate in a metabolism between blood and surrounding tissues. The walls of capillaries consist of one layer of cells called the endothelium. The layer is so thin, that it allows molecules of oxygen, water and lipids to pass through.
The waste substances produced from the daily functions of an organism (such as carbon dioxide and urea), can also pass through a capillary walls to be transported and excreted by the body.
•
Capillary circulation is the main and perhaps the only area where metabolism occurs.
The quantity of open capillaries is the key to pathogenesis of each process of regeneration.
Capillary disease - capillaropatia, is the most important chapter of pathology and is the base of each disease process.
From 40-45 years of age, a marked reduction of quantity of open capillaries begins and progresses with time. This progressive dehydration defines the physiological basis of ageing. The person becomes dry and brittle. This is the time for the probability of diseases such as - rheumatic illnesses, neuritis, stenocardia, arteriosclerosis, high blood-pressure and others, to rise.
The mechanism of action of the turpentine baths always remains the same – opening closed capillaries, increased flow of oxygen, glucose and other nutrients, improvement of venous circulation, metabolite excretion, consecutive excretion of toxin resulting from metabolism.
We can affirm that ptomaines become dangerous only in the case of body exhaustion. They can be called exhaustion toxins. These poisons, which are the result of accumulation of unneutralized ptomaines, lead to susceptibility to infectious and degenerative ailments. If we accept the hypothesis of "exhaustion toxins" as a prevalent factor of immunity loss, we should reconsider the classic theory of immunity. Full sterilization (a dream of Ehrlich) was and remains an utopia.
