- Starting temperature of bath water needs to be ~36°C  3W1Y
- White tonic - during first 5-7 min increase water temperature up to 39°C and keep 39°C till finish
- Yellow tonic  - during first 5 min increase water temperature up to 39°C,  during next 5 min increase    temperature up to 40-41°C and keep this temperature till finish(4-5 min)
One cycle includes 25-30 baths, in 6 months you will need to repeat this cycle again
